Ingredients :
Beurre
120gr
Sucre
90gr
75gr
Blanc d'oeuf
115gr
58gr
Crème liquide
60gr
60gr
Préparation
- Préchauffer le four à 170°C. Réaliser un beurre noisette et laissez-le refroidir. Mélanger ensemble le sucre et la poudre d’amande puis ajouter les blancs d’œufs et mélanger à nouveau. Ajouter ensuite la farine puis progressivement le beurre noisette refroidi jusqu’à ce que l’appareil soit lisse et homogène. Incorporer enfin les mini gouttes au chocolat et bien remuer. Verser la pâte dans le moule à Kougloff (préalablement graissé)
- Enfourner pendant 20 à 25 minutes jusqu’à ce que l’ensemble soit légèrement doré. Démouler délicatement.
- Plus qu'à déguster !
