- - 250 g de purée de châtaigne
- - 3 feuilles de gélatines
- 20cl de crème entière 35%
Biscuit cuillère
- - 4 œufs
- - 100 g de farine
- - 120 g de sucre semoule
La préparation
- Séparez les blancs des jaunes. Fouettez les blancs avec le sucre. Une fois le tout bien monté, ajoutez les jaunes et mélangez délicatement. Terminer par incorporer délicatement. Cuire 15 min a 180 degrés.
