Ingredients :
50gr
100gr
Beurre mou
80gr
90gr
50gr
Blancs d'oeufs
3
Jaunes d'oeufs
2
Crème liquide
250gr
Sucre
40gr
10gr
1 cs
La préparation
Financier pistache
- Mélanger les blancs d’œufs avec le sucre, la poudre d’amande, la poudre de pistache et la farine. Y ajouter la pâte de pistache et enfin le beurre.
- Verser l’appareil sur une plaque et cuire à 180°C pendant 15 minutes.
Crémeux pistache et fleur d'oranger
- Blanchir les jaunes avec le sucre et la maïzena, y ajouter la crème chaude et mettre le tout dans une casserole sur feu moyen. Ne pas cesser de mélanger jusqu’à épaississement de la crème.
- Hors du feu, y ajouter la pâte de pistache et la fleur d’oranger. Laisser complètement refroidir et monter au batteur, enfin la pocher sur les financiers. C'est prêt, vous pouvez déguster !
